These terms and conditions apply to any user who uses this online system to make payment to any CRST affiliated company. By authorizing a payment through this online payment system, user will be considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. CRST reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to read these terms and conditions before making an online payment.
User represents and confirms that they are a lawful owner or user of the credit/debit card and are authorized to use the credit/debit card provided for this online payment. User warrants that they have the authority to accept these terms and conditions and will meet their obligations in relation to these terms and conditions. If user’s payment fails, user agrees to promptly use another payment method to pay the invoice.
It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that the credit card information supplied at the time of making the online payment is correct. User agrees and acknowledges that their personal data, including financial data, is being transmitted over the internet and, while such transmission is secure, it may nonetheless be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft, and/or fraud. CRST/payor has no control over nor any responsibility for such matters. Under no circumstances shall CRST and/or the payment service provider, its employees, directors, and any third-party agents involved in the processing, delivering or managing of the online payment services be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind – including punitive or exemplary damages – arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of online payment services.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and any disputes arising out of user’s use of this online payment system shall be adjudicated by the state or federal court serving Linn County, Iowa.
