We are committed to making the hiring process as transparent and direct as possible for you. Below you’ll find information on what you can expect while interviewing and starting as a new employee.

Get to Know Us

There are a few ways you can learn about us.

Explore this site. We offer information on this site around our benefits, leadership development programs and contact information for our Talent Acquisition team members.

Follow us. Following us on social media helps you to get to know us as we regularly post information about news, awards, events and employee spotlights in addition to amplifying some of our programs, events and posting open roles. We encourage you to follow us on LinkedIn to learn more about Team CRST.

Talk with us. We host and attend a variety of recruiting events. These give you an opportunity to connect with CRST employees in person. And if you know someone who works at the company, or are an employee who knows a good candidate, enter their name on the application as a referral!

Find Your Fit

You can search for open positions on this site by desired location, or by keyword. Keyword searches will scan position titles and job descriptions for a match and will provide you with results based on relevance. All results can be filtered by career area as well as by company division allowing you to further refine your list of available opportunities.

Apply

You can apply for a position by clicking the green “Apply Now” button on the position’s job description page.

Clicking apply now will take you into our application portal, where you will have the ability to upload your resume and complete an application. In addition to your employment history, you may be asked to answer questions specific to the role for which you are applying.

You will be asked to create an account (or log into your existing account) before starting the application process. This will allow you to save an in-progress application if you can’t submit all in one sitting.

Good to know:

  • Your application must be submitted via the CRST application system to be considered.
  • Resumes will only be accepted through our online application. We do not accept paper copies in lieu of a digital submission.
  • A cover letter is not required.
  • You can apply for the position via your mobile device.
  • We accept applications from individuals not currently residing in the city or country the role is in. Our goal is to find the strongest candidate for the
    position, so if you’re not in the position’s location but would be willing to
    relocate, we encourage you to apply.
  • If you are already employed at CRST, you will be asked to complete an application via our internal Career Portal. Applications via the external career
    center will not be accepted.

Once your application has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you are selected to interview, you will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition representative.

If you are not selected to continue in the hiring process for a particular job opening, you’re encouraged to continue to search the CRST Careers site and apply for other positions that fit your skills and experience.

Interview

You may be asked to participate in a hiring manager or team interview. The number of interviews may vary by role, state, or line of business. While the hiring process will differ, you can expect your interview process to involve a member of the Talent Acquisition team and / or a member of the hiring team.

During the conversation with your Talent Acquisition Partner, details of the interview process can be shared, and candidates are encouraged to ask questions to ensure timelines meet expectations.

Candidates are encouraged to share their career aspirations with the CRST team and the vision of where we are going as an organization. It is important that prospective employees see themselves at CRST today and in the future. Interviewing is a two-way street, and we are excited to pave the way with you!

Interview Tips

We recommend that applicants do the following prior to a phone, video or onsite interview:

  • Review our company website to become more familiar with our business.
  • If the interview is via TEAMS, please test the technology before the interview
  • Be prepared to discuss your background and qualifications as referenced on your resume.
  • Dress appropriately and be prepared to supply additional copies of your updated resume.
  • Be on time.

Offer of Employment

If the hiring team decides to move forward after the interview, a written offer of employment will be developed, and a verbal offer will be extended. Candidate’s will receive a written offer letter and upon acceptance, the candidate will be asked to accept the offer through our applicant tracking system.

While the timeframe may vary by location and circumstance, our goal is to get you started as soon as possible.

Background Checks

All offers of employment from CRST are contingent upon candidates passing a background check and drug screen, when applicable.

Hire

We make sure you are set up for success from day one. This includes pre-onboarding support from our Talent Acquisition Partner of Candidate Experience. On day one, you will be welcomed into CRST wide orientation. After completion of orientation, you will work directly with your leadership team for training and onboarding into your new role with CRST.

Internships

We have summer programming for internships in the following divisions:
  • Operations
  • Recruiting and Sales
  • Finance
  • Information Technology
CRST team members recruit during the fall for these internships. Online applications are open during the fall for applicants to apply.
