CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (April 18, 2023) — CRST Home Solutions has moved into a new facility in Amherst, New York. The new location includes CRST’s Home Solutions center customer service team and allows for a new 30,000 square foot warehousing space.
“Our business has gone through several changes over the last 30 years, but not to the extent we have seen in the last five,” said CRST Home Solutions Vice President Kirk Rydzynski. “Our new space represents who we are now – a Center of Excellence – that will showcase our final mile business for years to come.”
CRST Home Solutions provides final mile logistics through its comprehensive suite of warehousing, arranging delivery, in-home installation, and assembly services to customers nationwide. CRST Homes Solutions, formerly known as NAL Group, was acquired by CRST in March 2020. Its previous facility was located in downtown Buffalo, New York.
To support the move, CRST Home Solutions is currently looking to hire additional customer service coordinators to support the new Home Solutions Center and this growing business. Customer service coordinators solve problems and provide best-in-class support as a CRST Home Solutions Customer Service Representative. Whether it’s responding to customer questions or supporting our team of installation experts, customer care coordinators build relationships with customers around the country.
