Over the past two years as COO/Group President, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with our operating companies, understanding what is most important to the business needs for both customers and employees. My passion is ensuring that we unleash the full capability of our organization to ensure every driver, every day, is successful in delivering every load to our customer’s satisfaction. If our drivers are successful, we are ALL successful.
When deciding to join the CRST organization what stood out most to me was the opportunity to continue to grow our business, by capitalizing on the full potential of our eight operating companies.
