Jadarian’s journey in discipline, duty and drive
He credits his success with CRST’s Dedicated Solutions team to his military training. As a former 88M Motor Transportation Operator in the U.S. Army, Jadarion spent six years mastering the art of driving in high-pressure situations – skills he now uses in the civilian sector. In just one year with CRST, he’s already moved up to a high-value, account running solo home daily.
Though he completed nursing school, Jadarion felt a calling to return to trucking – a passion he discovered during his military service. For him, trucking offers tremendous pride in providing for his family: his wife, Sharayza, and daughters Zariyah and Jada.
“Trucking has positively affected my life because it’s helped me mentally,” Jadarion said.
“When driving, I can process my thoughts, think clearly and have time to consider decisions I must make. I’m truly grateful for my career and take immense pride in my work performance.”
What’s next?
His next goal? Becoming an owner-operator and building his own fleet. Jadarion aims to mentor the next generation of truck drivers, using the discipline and resilience he honed in the military.
Trucking isn’t just a career, Jadarion says, but a way to continue embodying the core Army values of loyalty, duty, respect and integrity.
“These lessons and values helped shape the path that has led me here,” he said.
“My motto is to be at the right place, at the right time, in the right uniform.”
Semi-finalists will be recognized and finalists announced at a ceremony in Columbus, Ohio, on Sept. 25-26.
