“I don’t want anyone to get hurt” – Randall Hinrichs, Maintenance Compliance Coordinator – Cedar Rapids, Iowa

For Randall Hinrichs, becoming a parent marked a pivotal shift in his perspective on safety. “When I drove home from the hospital with my first child, it hit me that it wasn’t just about me anymore – it was about ensuring my family’s safety,” he shares.

This personal realization extends to his work as an Equipment Compliance Coordinator at CRST. Randall says he views CRST as a family and believes that maintaining equipment is crucial for keeping everyone safe. “I see equipment maintenance as one of the most important ways to ensure road safety.”

Randall’s commitment is driven by the assurance that when he’s on the road with CRST’s trucks and trailers, he can trust that every measure is taken to keep the equipment – and everyone on the road – safe.
