CRST Home Solutions is seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Team Lead –  Customer Service to be located in Buffalo, NY.

Summary:  The Team Lead – Customer Service is responsible for performing the day to day operations of the department while being the go-to contact for escalation and coaching.

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Perform day to day operations of the department.

  • Perform special assignments as delegated.

  • Coach new employees that come in to the call center.

  • Resolve escalated items from the call center coordinators.

  • Assist the call center coordinators in any of areas that are needed.


  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • High school diploma or GED. (Associates or Bachelors preferred.)
