Sr Recruiting Partner – Early Talent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a recruiter aligned with Early Talent, where you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding interns, and new college graduates, and candidates into our enterprise programs. Your primary goal will be to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the volume of hires, retention, conversion rates, and intern engagement. Additionally, you will oversee operational excellence across our various programs to ensure a smooth hiring process and optimal outcomes.

Pay: Base salary plus Incentive plan


  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent from colleges, universities, and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Intern, New Grad, and Rotation Program Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the intern, new grad, and rotation program recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. This includes event planning and facilitating intern-facing events.
  • KPI Achievement: Set, track, and report on KPIs related to the volume of hires, retention rates, conversion rates, intern engagement, and overall program success.
    Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal departments, and external academic institutions to ensure effective collaboration and alignment in talent acquisition efforts.
  • External Brand Ambassador: Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, information sessions, and networking opportunities to promote our employment opportunities and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract and elevate diverse talent, fostering an inclusive environment, and partnering with relevant stakeholders.
  • Campus Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key faculty, administration, career services, and student organizations to enhance our campus presence and strengthen partnerships.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and program outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, status updates, and program performance to management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a College Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and hiring interns, new graduates, or candidates into rotation programs.
  • Strong understanding of college recruitment strategies, including campus marketing, digital sourcing methods, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations relating to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion with experience in implementing strategies to attract and support a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being autonomous and proactive in solving recruitment challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Handshake, and other recruiting tools.
