Sales – Lead Generation

 As a Sales Representative, you will work in a fun and fast-moving environment!​

Job Summary: The role of the sales team is to bring in new customers while allowing our operations team to continue to foster those relationships. Our sales team is the first interaction a customer will have with our company. Once the sales team has developed a positive relationship with the customer, the sales department has done their job effectively and will pass the customer along to the Inside Sales Account Managers, and continues pursuing new customer leads for the team. This team is the front end of the sales process and will be vital to the success and growth of our operations team members.

  • Start Date: We have ongoing monthly start dates that provide the flexibility you need to make a career change.​
  • Pay: $42,500 + incentives
  • Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa (in office​) 

Responsibilities​ and Duties:

  • Through high-velocity prospecting, you will aggressively complete outbound calls 
  • Use various modes of communication with prospects
  • Develop a relationship with prospects and sell the CRST value proposition
  • No travel is required.
