Manager – Process Improvement & Training


The Sr. Manager – Process Improvement & Customer Analysis is responsible for supporting company goals through development and implementation of effective training curriculum and process documentation, while also developing customer playbooks, customer KPI measurements, and overall customer analysis.


  • Provide profitability analysis on customers along with KPI reporting and strategy planning
  • Facilitate and oversee customer playbook development and implementation
  • Manage assigned special projects by using team participation, metrics and communication to promote solutions for project success
  • Develop curriculum and oversee training functions at all Integrated company locations through conduct, supervision, and evaluation of employee training
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate and company policies, including training initiatives for entry level, orientation, recurrent, and remedial purposes
  • Facilitate the documentation and implementation of processes related to system training and utilization, work flows and organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Manager peers and Directors to provide ongoing coaching, development, and structure training to increase proficiency and improve process of all operations employees
  • Provide feedback to managers for coaching documentation, performance reviews, and/or disciplinary action as needed
  • Some travel required
