Job Summary: Business Analyst Intern
The Equipment Solutions Business Analyst Intern is responsible for helping gather, interpret, and create complex data reports. The Analyst will also help evaluate processes, identify needs and develop strategies to improve processes and optimize results for the entire Equipment Solutions division. The Analyst works closely with the Maintenance Analyst, Operating company business stake holders, and other members of divisions to analyze and report all data for the teams. They will learn about CRST’s business structures, processes, and systems. They must be able to formulate data to appropriately address business challenges and provide solutions to the leadership team.
Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within CRST upon graduation with additional benefits. Housing is available to Cedar Rapids interns, if qualify.
