Administrative Assistant
CRST ’s Home Solutions – Installs division provides delivery and installation of products that require skilled labor or trade-licensed technicians. From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to Finance and Human Resources departments. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling, performs duties such as record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answer non-routine correspondences and assembles sensitive and confidential information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, and recommends a change in office practices or procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the receptionist for the company, greeting internal employees and external candidates and clients.
- Creates and develops visual presentations for the internal media board.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEOs, presidents, vice presidents and directors. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policy when necessary.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the president or director, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and coordinating direct mailings.
- Answers the phone, and takes appropriate messages.
- Maintains company badge security system with weekly updates
- Orders supplies for the office, including office, mail, cleaning, coffee, and conference room items.
- Kitchen maintenance, conference room, and general floor maintenance.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing postal mail duties.
- Maintains calendars for all corporate conference rooms.
- Bus and parking pass administration.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00 an hour. A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
- One year of related experience is preferred
