More than 60 students from 13 colleges and universities have joined the company’s internship program since its launch in 2023, integrating into 10 different business functions at sites across the country. CRST has successfully converted a large percentage of these interns into full-time roles, demonstrating its commitment to fostering long-term career growth.
The Early Talent Award was given by Handshake based on four key performance criteria – brand resonance, engagement, event participation and relationships. CRST excelled in each category, surpassing industry peers and earning its place as a leader in fostering early career success:
- Brand resonance: CRST demonstrated strong appeal by converting job views into applications at an impressive rate.
- Engagement: CRST’s messaging and content motivated Gen Z talent to take action, reflected in high interaction and click rates.
- Event participation: The company’s ability to attract and engage talent at events ensures consistent attendance and interest in career fairs and sessions
- Relationships: By focusing on year-round engagement and early identification of talent, CRST has built lasting connections with students, particularly freshmen and sophomores.
