Avampato’s business, established in 1973 by his father and with Avampato joining in 1991, focuses on delivering exceptional trucking solutions and customer service. With over 50 years of experience and a strong emphasis on building relationships, Avampato leverages his deep industry knowledge to offer effective solutions and competitive rates for drivers and customers. 

 

How many employees does your company have? 

Tom currently runs the business with a small team of about 10 employees. In addition to his core team, Avampato also coaches and offers advice to many others, sharing his expertise throughout the industry.  

 

What is one tip you would share with a new agent to help them get up and running? 

“Focus on building strong relationships and solving problems creatively. Understand your customers’ needs and use your resources effectively to provide the best solutions.”

There are enough people that you can get an answer to any question. We are a spaghetti network.
